I don't know if anyone else on the forum has this game, but I thought I'd cast my hand at a review of this Game of the Year. From the commercials you can guess that there are dragons to be killed, but the plot thickens from there. Your also given the ability to hone your character to whatever you wish. Chose from a multitude of forms (I chose the furry one), choose a preferred weapon (Bow, sword, battle ax, magic). With each level up you get to increase stats based on how you fight or craft. The map is immense, though it does have a defined end, you don't run into it very often if at all. The land is full of secrets, from hidden caves to towering citadels. Littering this land is hundreds of animals and supernatural creatures out on a blood-lust. Want the newest weapon or the best armor? Craft it. Or enchant your existing weapons and armor with special effects. This is a mission-based adventure game. You can further the story, or do miscellaneous tasks to your hearts desire. Texture quality is a matter to address. It is difficult to find a pattern in the background texture, though in some places it it plainly seen. But those areas are few and far between. Overall very pleasing to the eye. As you can see, this is my first review of anything and I think it sucks. But don't be fooled, this game is amazing, though I would wait a few months for the price to go down, because £40 is a hefty price to pay for any game.

I'm mostly grown tired about hearing about the game. ESPECIALLY that terrible Arrow to the Knee meme. =_=

I have the game, bought it the day it came out, I say it's better than Oblivion without a doubt, I've played it for a while now and the detail is what impresses me, Bethesda outdid themselves with this one.

C'mon people - lets ignore that lame meme and continue on.
Skyrim was quite nice - even tho I only played it for a short while - but I watched Demus playing it mostly (well, I did buy the game for him and not myself) I like the area where Skyrim is - it's all beautiful, snowy and stuff.
People tried to poke me to play the previous games (morrowind and oblivion) but they never catched my interest as much. Probably because the graphics were not as good before. And open world games are not really for me, because I can't make decisions.
Although there's still too few khajits around! =| But it's cool you can make one look like lynx since its a wintery place!
Thats all for now.
